6 WEEK ISOLATION CONDITIONING TRAINING PROGRAMME
A 6 week training programme split into 3 phases to follow from home with minimal equipment, specifically written and designed to help you lose weight, drop your body fat %, become more toned and defined whilst also improving your all around fitness and health.
Sessions include a variety of different training methods i.e. HIIT, LIIS, circuit training and strength & conditioning amongst others.
This training programme also includes 2 macro perfect meal plans and nutritional information to educate yourself further and follow on both your training and non-training days to aide you even more towards reaching your goal.
